I signed up for an annual contract with HMA and after approximately a few days, I wished to cancel my service with them. However, I was informed that I used an exessive amount of upload to cancel my service. My internet service provider only provides me with 1.5Mbps download and 288 kbps upload. They stated I had uploaded nearly 19 gigs worth of data in like 3 days of having service with them. Lets just say that its impossible. Most of the data used was from their own desktop program to find the best server for my connection. Do not waste your money with this company. As for the IOS programs, it is constantly disconnecting making you go back into the program and forcing a reconnect.
