I see this vpn app has alot of vpns and i love this app, but if you can could you add british indian ocean territory british antartic lands south georgia and the south sandwich islands and western sahara? If you can add any of those thank you if no thats alright.

Been using HMA with very few issues for at least 10 years and just renewed for three more. Big mistake. The app will not prompt to add the VPN profile on my iPhone after renewing, so it will not work on my iPhone anymore. (I only have the software running on two total devices — so far it it still working on my PC). Their “support” has ignored multiple requests (4 so far) to fix the issue on my iPhone, so I’ve basically been been ripped off! (I can only use the software on 1 PC, and not 5 devices of any type?!) Don’t buy HMA’s service. If you have a problem, they will ignore you and gladly take your money anyway. The website won’t allow me to even cancel the subscription. HMA has turned from a legitimate service to theft.

The payment has been made and the so called glitch in the matrix is repeated at all times when I tried to creat my account. What was worse, no staffs reply to me during my attempt to contact them.

A month ago I bought a yearly subscription to this VPN! The app won't let me set up a profile on iOS 17.1.1 for MONTHS now! What are you guys doing there? I paid money for a year in advance and I can't use the VPN on my device for a month already!

Been using for years and in May signed for another 3 years. No longer works with latest version of iOS15.x Have tried multiple times over past month to contact them and no response. Website is also no longer maintained. Suspect they have done a runner with my cash (& everyone else’s). BUYER BEWARE. No longer a functioning app. Stay away!

Does not work on iPhone 15 pro Max running latest ios software. When you contact HMA they are are unresponsive. Works on iPad but not iPhone. Been using for years but will not renew!!!

I have this for years but around 2020 it will keep on dropping server connection, not connect at all. I use to change locations thinking the server was loaded with people but now that doesn’t even work! Sent 2 complaints with a hey we got it but no response. Upgrade your servers!

Useless app , how come no kill switch on your vpn

I’ve used this VPN for a year and I’ve had so much trouble with it. Recently it’s gotten really bad because it has stopped working on my desktop computer and my mobile device. I was nearing the end of my yearly subscription and I contacted support to tell them my dissatisfaction and ask for my subscription to be canceled because I couldn’t turn auto-renewal off through their site. Instead of canceling it, the next day (a month early) they renewed my yearly subscription. I asked for a refund, no responses from customer support. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They cancel my one year subscription 2,5 month before the term and don’t answer to my messages !!!

Customer service does not respond for a refund. When checking my ip address with an ip geo locater website, it did NOT show my location I choose to be in. I cannot recommend. Look elsewhere! Be warned!

Why can't ios use the activation code option?

The Portland server is actually in California according to multiple IP geolocation sites! Can we trust that their servers are where they say they are?

Why will i want to connect to senegal location and end up in czechia republic. If the senegal location is not founf, why include it in your location list?

Since few months its the worst VPN app!! Full of hugs, loosing connections and pathetic customer support, nobody reply to tickets!!

HMA is one of best VPN apps I've used. Many times I have re-load with a new location, however. You never know where you might get a workable server. Overall, it is a great VPN and worth the modest cost.

My HMA VPN has stopped working 2 weeks ago - it says that I am offline while I am absolutely not. I have contacted customer service three times and have not received a single answer. I'll choose another VPN when my contract expires.

Have emailed tech support twice in the last few weeks and each time get a Zendesk reply that goes to a broken link. No other way to get a reply from support. Can’t recommend HMA.

The vpn is working, but the location you pick are not accurate. For example, you pick Saudi Arabia it will give you Czechia. In other words, there is no guarantee you will get the server for the country you want. No reply from the customer’s support. Good thing I paid only for a month. Not worth the money because they did not deliver what they promise.

I am in China now. It does not work. Can’t use Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Drive, and YouTube with setting of Location as New York, Frankfurt, and Donkey Town.
