Poor Customer Service: app not recommended

I had this app for several years. I also had the HMA service on my desktop computer. It seemed to work okay for a while, then would not assign a different ISP address. I tried to contact the company about another problem, and service was not good. I submitted a question and was provided several links for more information. When I clicked on the links, I got a warning from my web browser that they were dangerous links -- viruses, etc. --and not to use it them.

HMA is located in Great Britton. It does not have a U.S. contact number for tech support. I did not want to pay international phone charges to contact the company.

Though HMA has a web chat feature, it did not work. I tried several times over different days.

Basically, I found it impossible to get answers from HMA.

I checked out other VPN companies and found several in the U.S. that have easy contact to tech support.

I deleted HMA and got a different VPN service.
